Sonic Drive-in

This sonic is the worst one I have been to. Orders are always wrong and cold. Even just stopping in for a drink will take 25 min. Although the stall display said that they were “on the way with my food” 20 min ago. Family and friends decided to stop there to get drinks on Saturday night. We got there at 10:50pm and “pushed the button”. The employees stared at us through the window for the next 10 min then shut off all the lights. I called the main sonic corporation number and voiced my complaint. They said the would escalate it to the franchise owner and they would call me. Never had anyone contact me. Wish I could give negative stars.

Took my order right away. Took forever to receive it. My supersonic breakfast burrito had one tiny piece of sausage, 2 tater tots and half of it was filled with jalapeños....the pic is of only the jalapeños I didn’t eat....worst breakfast burrito I’ve ever had at a sonic. There’s no excuse for this. I wish I had taken the time to read the other reviews. I would have saved myself a waste of money. Towns that can’t find decent help, I’m sorry but these businesses don’t belong if you can’t put a simple burrito or chili dog together. Only putting one small sausage and a ton of jalapeños this is not even just sloppiness it’s deliberate!!!! Looks like we might have to be more deliberate about who’s serving us our food!!!

This place never fails to screw up your order. This location tends to fill the cups to the brim with ice when you order a soft drink. So when you try to wash down the still cold, reheated tater tots, you better do it on the first sip, because there is not a second sip. I often went there for tea with lemons. They would put a single 6th of a lemon in a 44oz drink, and they didn't even squeeze the juices on the ice before pouring the tea. Seems like a petty problem, but how does this place expect to keep customers if they can't put in the effort of doing their jobs. I now drive the extra ten minutes to go to Braum's for tea and buy my own lemon. Never have I received not-cold chicken. I honestly think they would make you wait 30 minutes for your order just to ensure that you get it cold and reheated. I worked at Sonics for years. This is a failure of leadership and accountability. Pathetic
