Jack In The Box

Customer service at night has been so bad that this is the last time that I will go in the evening. I have had a particular issue with this girl for the 2nd time tonight. She is so rude. We got into it verbally last time when she got my order wrong and instead of just correcting it she decided to get incredibly rude. Then tonight I ordered food with a cup of water and she insisted I had to pay over $2 for the water and rang it up as a Vitamin water. I have never been charged for water when ordering food. The morning staff is great but I can no longer deal with the night staff and their attitudes.

I get tacos they don’t give out ranch. Then when you ask them for ranch they’ll only give you one think of ranch. When they should put multiple ranch in peoples bag without them even asking they are very stingy with their sauces. Four tacos one ranch??? That’s a little disrespectful. & waiting for a minute for cold stale fries. This jack in the box needs a new crew ASAP

Girl over the drive thru at 3:00 pm the day before Halloween was pretty rude. Exactly like the last 4 times I’ve been here. Happens so much I decided to finally make a review. Learn how to talk to people if you’re going to work with the public. I would’ve been fired for being like that when I worked with people.
