Little Caesars

Friendly staff. Unfortunately that's where the good experience stops. I ordered a large stuffed crust cheese pizza. I unfortunately didn't feel comfortable checking the box because of other people in the store coughing. I got it home (30 minutes away). I got a pizza that looked like a kindergarten student made it. It wasn't the right size and looked like a complete mess. Store didn't answer when I called three times, tried to call customer service number but that's only open Mon-Fri and then tried the Facebook messenger app. Didn't get a response for a long time. Then it told me to contact the customer service number. I said it wasn't open and the response was to call Monday... I hope they are willing to do something about this. The pizza was supposed to be our dinner as a treat.

Could not reach them by phone. Did delivery which was fine however very expensive. Almost 30 dollors for one pizza. but they did not do my toppings correctly. Missed mushrooms completely and left on side just with cheese. At least extra cheese was there. Missing one piece cause I tried it. Why cant people fall directions

Ordered at 8:00pm online dios Ott would be ready by 8:26-8:31 never got notified by app it was ready and went in and asked about it and they said inn it's way. 20 min later still no pizza butt others were walking in ordering at the register aver praying abed leaving in 5 min with their orders. Watched while the prep boxed up 10 premade pizzas to sell walkin customers and still my order and a lady before (made online)order still never came out. I finally got my pizza at 9pm, 1 hr later. The lady before me was still waiting. Lousy customer service, 1st time there and I will never go back.

Changing my 5 star to a one star. Stopped in lastnite to pick up an order and nobody asked if I needed help until about 15 minutes of waiting. Told her the name and nothing was said after from the employee. The manager (I assume, he was telling employees what to do) was telling employees in the back to get with it, this guy has been waiting a long time for his order and everyone just started laughing. Then a couple came in and was missing two bread sticks. She asked for them and received one. She said she ordered two. The employee told the so called manager she ordered two and he gave her another one to give to the customer and told her make sure you don't spit in it. The employee said....did you say spit in her bread sticks and all started laughing. The day shift has it together but the evening shift needs a lot of improvement!
