Apparently the night shift staff needs to revisit what customer service and pride in your job means. Tonight I had a staff member (the blonde with the flat nose) express aggression and hostility after I asked for my shake to be thinner by making a scream in the air as she walked away from the driver through. I expressed my concern over this to the assistant manager and she simply said you have a blessed day. It was clear that she didn't want to hear my concerns with her dangerous co worker. If someone asking for their shake to be thinner sets someone off that easily then perhaps customer service isn't the place for her. Dairy queen is less than a mile down the road which I will go to next time. I don't have to spend my money at a place that the staff is rude and yells out because I want my order right. Very appalled by this tonight!

This place is great ! You can get a great tasting burger and fries then go to the ice cream bar and get the Sunday of your dreams ! Over 25 flavors to chose from. They also have a indoor fresh market with all the Braums products you would find in a grocery store! Two isles of ice cream you can take home ... all the flavors they serve and then some !

Fresh fruit, veggies, milk...etc inside. It helps on your way home from work and pop in without all of the struggle and waisted it at a full grocery store!
Drive thru is always busy which means that the menu is very good option for a drive through. 💞🙌🏼

Excellent burgers in the fries were really good. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're traveling through its definitely worth a stop in a nice warm meal

I have never Braum’s before. I live in Houston, and it doesn’t reach down there. I was not disappointed. The ice cream was soo yummy. I was craving a sundae so I got cookies and cream and their peanut cluster fudge with hot fudge drizzle, nuts, and whipped cream. Boy did it hit the spot!! I want to open one down in Houston 😛
