Chick-fil-a

Little confused at first from the Deluxe upsell, esp as I don’t like cheese, but overall an extra $0.30 for lettuce and tomatoes. They made a mistake and added American cheese but when I showed it to the girl that took my order, she quickly apologized and fixed it. On top of that she threw in a small grilled chicken nuggets! Yum!!

Food was good but service was horrible. Bought a spicy chicken sandwich combo with large fries. Server was pouring the fountain soda but I noticed that his index finger went into the soda while putting on the cap. I asked him nicely that I want a new soda since his finger went in. He denied that his finger went in even when I was watching it happen. He reluctantly gave me a new soda so I paid and went to the wait line to pick up rest of the order. I waited about 10 mins while all others were getting their order since they did not call my name. Then when I asked when my order would be ready, the girl who was calling out the names tells me she called my name 3 times, which is a lie since my wife was already waiting them to call my name by the pick up area. One lie could be passed as a random incident but 2 lies in a row makes it a very questionable staffing choice at this location.

The cashier named Lisanette was rude clearly looked like she didn’t want to be there. Very disappointed at the fact that they have her in the front giving attitude to paying customers and being so unprofessional for absolutely no reason. She was rolling her eyes and overall someone in the management team should talk to her to make sure it doesn’t happen again, there was other customers clearly upset because of her tone and attitude.

Delicious! The food is great and yummy! Price is right. Pros: Yummy Good price Friendly service Fast Cons: Employees do not come out to the mall seating area to refill drinks. Its not necessary for them to do this since it is a mall, but I must say that I was very happily surprised by the Chickfila in the Danbury Mall in Connecticut, because they actually do wander out into the mall food court seating area and ask every CFA customer if they would like their drink refreshed and then they go the extra effort to deliver the refilled drinks! So its ok if this GSP mall CFA wont do it, but it would be a really nice touch.
