Good pizza and decent prices, but piss poor customer service. I'm sorry guys, but everytime I come here there's an issue. On the latest trip, we got a cheese pie with half mushrooms/sausage. They literally took an already made cheese pie, threw the toppings on one half, cooked it, and put it in a box on the counter. It took about 8 minutes for the guy to check out the customer in front of us. I don't know what the problem was. But in the meantime our pizza just sat on the counter getting cold. They have 2 registers, but nobody bothered to open the other one. When we got to the table, the pie only had sausage on it, no mushrooms. And the pieces just fell right off, because that's what happens when you put toppings on an already cooked pizza! What happened to this place? It used to be great until they did their little renovation.

Best pizza chain going. Sbarro blows dominos, pizza hut, and papa johns all out of the water when it comes to pizza. It is served the way pizza is supposed to be served, by the slice, to make it convenient. The crust has a nice crisp to it and the cheese tastes authentic. It is the closest you will come to an authentic NY/NJ slice of pizza that you will get from any other chain. I dont really reccomend their sandwhiches and despite all the good things i have to say; it is a pizza place in the mall so dont expect brick oven style although it is very tasty.
