Scardino's Pizza

The food is mediocre. Ordered from there and driver got lost during the parade. The route to my house from the store didn't even intersect with the parade. After waiting an hour and a half the driver calls me to tell me he can't get there. Promises to refund my money but doesn't. I call the store a few weeks later and ask for them to perhaps send the food in leiu of the refund. Whomever I talked to said because they use a third party service he wasn't sure he got the money?!? So he refused to honor the order. Then he says he will call the service then call me back. He doesn't. When I call back he was rude. Never will order from there again. How about learning some customer service? Took their menus to work and we order often, gonna toss those in the trash!!!!

Ordered two chicken francaise dishes for a total of 29.90 before tax. Asked for extra sauce and extra lemon. What I got was exactly the opposite. I called them back and expressed my disapproval. The girl at the front asked me "did you eat it". Well yes I took a bite and tasted nothing but dry pasta with about zero sauce. She told me to hold on.. she comes back on the phone and tells me. Sorry we ran out of lemons. RAN OUT OF LEMONS AT 7pm on a WEDNESDAY! Told me theres nothing they can do about it. Please to all customers looking for pizza. Go anywhere else. What a complete waste of money. So much for enjoying my dinner craving. I wish there was less than 1 star. This place has been on the tank for a while, best thing would be to close the doors. What a disappointment
