Very bad service!! too slow to wait more than 20min to get my order in drive thru and in the end they give me my wrong order

The food is Carl's. Not much different. The service and wait time could be worked on a lot. My is the drive thru. The prices are ALWAYS different from what's on the board. Always thr same excuse. Oh the just changed the price and haven't updated it.

Friendly service that's usually fast. The food temperature and quality varies greatly from visit to visit though and it's pretty pricey compared to similar fast food places. They always over sauce their food, even if you ask for light sauce. I find it's best to ask for sauces on the side. The beyond meat "burgers" are very tasty, though even more expensive than their already higher priced beef offerings. The dining area is usually pretty clean and trash is picked up promptly.

Playground is super dirty that I can't let mu 5 years old son touch it. Floor at play area is super sticky and smells oilly like it's NEVER been clean for months ( not weeks oy days)

Drive thru service at 1am is very unprofessional and inconsistent. Sometimes no one is working. Business hours need to be updated.
