Although my order was ready about 10 minutes after the Pizza Hut App mentioned, the person at the drive-through window was SUPER nice when he said my order would be ready in another 10 minutes. He asked that I pull over to a parking spot for about that amount of time before coming back up. About 10 minutes after sitting in a parking spot, I got back in line (5 cars in front of me). When I reached the drive-through window, the same person was still very nice. My order just finished being boxed up and I was given my order. When I got back to my house (about 15 minutes away as the 2 locations CLOSER to my house were "temporarily unavailable" according to the App), all parts of my order were still piping hot and DELICIOUS!!

Under construction. No inside service, drive through only. Kind of messy due to all the sheetrock piled up inside. Makes you wonder about the pizza with all that construction debris. Service was fast and the pizza was okay, asked for extra pepperoni and not sure that's what I received. Not too much for "extra". Probably will be better when they are finished with all the construction.

The store is under construction so you cannot walk into it. You have to order from your car so that you can pick it up from the window. That's a frustrating situation. Also there is sheetrock piled up inside the store and I wonder if all that construction dirt and dust is bothering the pizza. I can't see how it cannot. The pizza was good, I asked for extra pepperoni and didn't get it as far as I can tell. But other than that it was fine.

Our order consisted of a large pizza and wings. The pizza was great, but the wings had no sauce on them. It looks like they tossed sauce in the Togo box and threw wings on top of them. It was awful. Getting chicken fingers and sauce to go would have been better. We were severely disappointed with them.

I was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes when i placed my carry out order. it ended up taking more than twice as long making me late for an appointment. And the employee only made excuses as to what was taking so long and never once apologized for my inconvenience.

My little girl Bella earned money & wanted to order a pizza. It came and it was a little over 20 dollars. She had 2 twenty dollars Bill's and asked the driver to keep 5 for a tip. He took off with an 18 dollar tip instead. Took advantage of an 11 yr old. I was told he would bring it right back. Disnt happen. I had to go to the location the next day to get her change & he still decided to keep his tip.

Despite terrible weather, it was apparent that the Pizza Hut employees were working very hard to meet customer demand and provide quality pizzas! Our pizzas and breadsticks were hot and delicious. We picked up our food around 7:00 pm on 12/15. Please thank the employees who were working that evening!

You could have workers come to the front counter when I am standing there for several minutes. Or have them acknowledge my presence when i pull up to the window, rather than wait another 5 minutes. Also, all food should come with a warning that actual items look nothing like what is seen on TV.
