Lettuce is wilted I had part of a letter core in my sandwich the french fries or cold and the chicken tenders were hard as a rock. We will not be going back. Gross!!!!!

I called Hardee's to see if they had curly fries because the last time I recieved food from there, they didn't. The woman who answered the phone informed me that they did have them in stock then went on to tell me that they had a deal going on with the order I wanted. When my husband went to pick it up, he forgot to tell them I wanted curly fries. Thankfully, the woman remembered that I wanted them and made sure my order was correct. It was excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten her name so I could personally give her credit for this review. Whoever you are, thank you! You are amazing. Not many people anymore care so much about the small things the way you did today, and it's great to recieve that care. Thank you! You're doing an amazing job! 👏

Food is almost always good, staff is usally pretty friendly, can't go wrong stopping at this location for a quick bite to eat.

I visit Hardee’s and I saw the cook with a full beard with no hairnet. I thought you had to have one. I went ahead and ordered and when I got home I couldn’t even eat. It had hair in it and not just that I had to wait 11 minutes for it. I won’t be going back.

They won't put creamer and sugar in the coffee. They will only hand you packets. If I wanted to make my coffee myself I'd do it at home or at a gastation. Why am I paying 2$ for coffee that I have to prepare myself ? That's right, I'm not! Not going back there again

Drive threw people used dirty words. Order was wrong when I got home. Food was cold.

During the morning on week days the service and food is amazing. The woman who works in the drive thru is one of the the nicest person. She is fast and accurate. The only reason I gave 3 stars is on the weekends and evenings it is very different. Everything from wet buns, cold fries to missing items.

It's fast food not much to say other than when you're in a hurry you grab what you can get. Staff seemed friendly.
