I was picking up 2 door dash orders and the employees and the night shift manager were so kind to me for being patient and waiting a few extra minutes. The kindness they offered and the free slushee the manager gave me, made me bad day good! Thank y’all for being so great and I will say, y’all were very clean and orderly on top of the positivity!🥳

Food is okay!! But most workers at the HWY 98 STORE in Panama city seem to be totally prejudice against whites!!! sorry!!! But I try to treat everyone with respect the color of your SKIN!!!! Should have nothing to do with it!! I believe that these employees need to be retrained!!! Or schooled on how to properly deal with customers!! Haters of diferant races shouldn't be working in fast food!! Of course this somewhat of an opinion!! But maybe will help down the road of life!!!!

The food is great but the customer service was absolutely horrific. The staff today needed an updated class on how to be pleasant with their customers. Totally unacceptable! If you want to work in a public facility, please learn how to work with people. If you don't like your job, find another. Once again the food is wonderful.

That spicy chicken sandwich is to die for and is like Crack. Every time we pass a Popeyes, we stop. This location is always great, the person that is at the drive thru window is always friendly and smiling.

I had no idea what to expect when I first arrived at Popeyes it was wonderful the food is great the service is wonderful. The lobby is clean what more can you ask for from a fast food chicken place!

Food is usually hot and orders are 80% correct. Most of the staff is decent but management will argue with the customer if your order is wrong and they don't care to correct the order. They get down right rude and complain to staff while you're standing there ignoring the problem
