Went here for my 11th Wedding Anniversary and we really enjoyed the ambiance, great wine, food, and impeccable service. Was a romantic evening. I liked that the environment was mainly for mature audience who want to have fun yet not loud.

Interesting, creative and varied selection of appetizers, mains and desserts. Very friendly staff, good cocktails and thoughtful wine list. We are locals and this is our favorite.

The restaurant setting, with bar and a separate seating room and outdoor options, is tastefully done. The ambience is equally well suited for a business lunch or dinner and a date night. The menu has good selection of salads, surf and turf with a great wine selection. Our server, Matthew, was excellent and very professional, catering to our pace throughout the evening.

It was great to go back to an old favorite and have a nice special birthday dinner for grandpa. Everyone was very attentive and the food came out quickly and the drinks were strong. All the kids love their food and wanted more.

Excellent service and loved the warm ambience. The appetizers were great, but predictable. We tried the beet salad (recommend), the bruschetta(bread was very hard), the Chinese eggplant (recommend), and the bread basket. For mains, we ordered the special for the night pappardelle with sea food, and another veggie pasta dish (can’t recollect the name). My pappardelle was dry and pretty uncooked so I had to send it back (one less star). The chef was apologetic and they remade my dish, and this time around it was much better. 5 stars for the service.

We had a delightful dinner here tonight. Hadn't eaten here in a while and they have a new spring menu. Terrific culinary renaissance! The scallops with asparagus,, potato medallions, and bacon were absolutely delicious. My husband loved the seabass with smoky flavored eggplant. Lamb and duck are also always outstanding as is the service and ambiance. Friendly, comfortable, and unobtrusive. They have also added an outdoor tent which is warmer than the old arrangement with just heat lamps and much more attractive. Very happy they have stayed in business! We will be back soon.

My dad's jazz band played in the waiting room every Thursday and Friday when I was a kid in the late 70's-mid 80's. His pay was 4 dinners a week and oh, we ate very well here every week, indeed. Was so happy to enjoy a meal recently at the "new" location with the same focus on the highest quality ingredients and original yet restrained seasonings, sauces and accompaniments. Superb! Now, if I could only sidle next door afterwards for chocolate mousse, conversations with Vernon and the occasional game of chess with Jerry while Dad was busy working his fingers to the bass paying off our gustatory delight. Sigh

Most attentive staff and a menu where you can be sure every single item is outstanding. Over the last five years we've also enjoyed their brunch at the Annex. Yesterday I had their sea bass, probably the best I ever tasted.

Fantastic food and great service! Highly recommend that salt and pepper prawns appetizer and the pan seared scallops for your entree. We tried the rhubarb dessert as well and it hit the spot.
