Dunkin'

Went into this dunkin for a latte and sandwich. The attendant was immediately hostile towards us before we even said anything. The attendant then proceeded to put our coffee in front of another customer and walk away. She appeared to continue this behavior with other customers. As a frequent customer of many Dunkin, I can say this was by far the worst experience. I cannot believe that management would allow this behaviour in one of the stores. I cant speak for other employees at this location, but around 10am on this sunday it is clear there's needs to be a change in the staff. We would have sought to complete a survey from the receipt but the woman not only didnt give us a receipt but refused to even ask.

WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT ! Love DD but refused to visit this one due to previously bad experience. I noticed the new reviews and recommendations of friends referring to the new young man they have working there. WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE :) Alec was prompt, courteous, very friendly and my order was accurate and fresh. I shop at this WalMart often...glad I gave this DD another try. Alec is a breath of fresh air & a definite asset to this establishment

Normally when you visit a Walmart, there is a McDonald’s. With a Dunkin’ Donuts, this makes shopping so much a better experience. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and efficient, even for filling my request to have a couple of ice cubes in the coffee to keep it at a reasonable temperature.

I work at Walmart so it's very convenient for me to grab a coffee and start my job. The little old lady with white hair is VERY rude and ignorant, I ordered my drink online and when I got to the counter she rudly told me they were out and I asked for a refund and she said, "no, what else do you want?" I said I'll take a cappuccino and she just rolled her eyes, made it, put it on the counter, and walked away. I went to drink the coffee and it tasted like the milk was spoiled/sour. Most disgusting and worst experience ever. Now I know to stop at Sheetz or Turkey Hill.

A crew member is very calm and friendly. I ordered my hot coffee ,donuts , sandwiches and iced macchiato for my friend. He finished our order very quickly and with best accuracy. We got fresh donuts at evening time and best macchiato with delicious sandwiches for our dinner. We never forget that delicious dinner........ I loved to visit this DD again and again............

Alec is a coffee god, bestowing high quality bean juice upon the undeserving masses. I live an hour away and this is the only Dunkin I visit simply because of the impeccable service, visiting this establishment is honestly the highlight of my day. It's also conveniently located within a Wal-Mart supercenter, so if I ever need some nacho cheese to make my signature Macho Nacho Latte it's only a short walk away! Whoever decided on the location deserves the crispest of high-fives and a genuine "Yee-Haw" for their absolute genius. 10/10 will visit again
