2 times did NOT. Honor their Promotional Advertised Offer. When Lightning score 4 + goals or shutout u get freee Double stack. Went there last night after game they said no it was too soon after game. It was over they won 6 - 1. No deal. Then go back at 2:37 pm today manager says NO she doesn't have an email. I even showed her they won on my phone and she needs to give their offer. She said NO cause she doesn't have an email???? So a national restaurant chain would not honor their store promotion because manager does not have an email??? Her email is not part of the promotion nor should any email affect making good on your offer. Screw this Wendy's they need to wake up.

Came to this Wendy’s before the manager was very kind. I believe his name was ION. Came back and there was a diff manager not sure of her name but she was an African American with a short wig on her head. Very rude and impatient. I tried being polite hoping it would brighten her day to no avail. She was even rude to her employees in front of us customers. Biscuits were good tho!

Used the app for the first time to order lunch. Parked in designated area for carryout, when it wasn't delivered in 20 minutes, I moved to the drive thru and was told I had to go in and pick up the order. I told them I was disabled and they finally agreed to fill the order. I got home and the chicken ordered was replaced with beef. Not my day!

This is my first time at this Wendys! Waited to get to the kiosk for about ten mins. When I pulled up nobody said anything for five mins and I finally said hello! My order was taken and I pulled around to see one car paying at the window. I waited another ten minutes to pay. At this point cars behind me started leaving. It is Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and no cars were moving at all the entire time that I sat there wondering what was going on! I do believe the other people that rated this store as slow-slow-slow because they they are right! The man that spoke at the Kiosk was not friendly at all! I pulled out of line and ate somewhere else! IDK if I will come back here to try it again but new management may be a great idea asap! Unfortunately, I do not think the present management cares if people come to eat there at all! Much less their lack of customer courtesy or time management skills! I was not going to take the risk of paying for food that is destined to continue to be a bad experience from this place! A “no stars” rating is needed!
