Subway

I went here about a week ago and the food quality is poor. Heard the associate ask the manager about the bread being past the expiration point, and the manager stated its ok to use. That's disgusting. I confronted her about the bread and pretty much lied to me stating it was fresh, especially after my bread came from the same exact rack being sold from. I beg to differ!! The bread was hard and broke apart all the way down the bread while being cut. They wouldn't even change out my sandwich, especially when I only took one bite out of it. I used to come in all the time, but now it seems like everything is going down hill. Its always two things, either they are always out of food, or the place is closed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTUARANT!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

I come here about every couple days and get just about the same sandwich every time 😆 although I like when Ms. Penny makes my sandwiches the best (she organizes the stuff on my sandwich nice and doesn’t just slap stuff on like other subway location staff) all the staff always remember me and are always so nice and chatty. Shay is usually there in the morning ringing me up - respectful, prompt and always has something nice to say 🙃 One thing I like is how they keep the glass shut so all the veggies and meat stays fresh if no one is there ordering. I’ve honestly never saw that at another subway. My food always tastes fresh and I never see the store less than organized and clean!

Have gone multiple times recently, usually visit water work anytime from 7- 8pm. always out of meatballs and last visit they were out of steak, meatball, turkey basically everything except pepperoni and salami. Worked said they had a new manager. I feel bad for the workers having to deal with lack of product.

I just bought a sandwich here and my goodness what a shame having kids try to make a sandwich I mean where’s the training? I knew it from the moment I walked in that this was gonna be a disappointment. Other employees stood there and watched the young men go thru headache trying to make my sub smh! Sub was cold and the egg was the last item he place on the sub except for it being the first smh. Hopefully management sees this and gets to work because they need the help

Side note: this is a gas station combo location. But with that said it did not keep them from providing excellent service and food. Very friendly fast service considering very busy and lunch time. And it was actually one of the best tasting subs I've had, and I eat a lot of subway! Only down fall is limited and cramped seating due to shared location, but service was friendly and fast and sub was delicious and perfect!
