Pizza Pros

Ordered delivery through Grub Hub and was given an estimated delivery time of 620-630. 645 call the store asking about my order, was told they didn't realize I was so far away (20 min tops) but the food should be there any minute. Person on the phone stated they didn't realize I was so far away or else they wouldn't have quoted that time. Called back 30 min later again requesting where my order was, they called their delivery driver who said they were on a certain road and would only be 5 more minutes. Asked how it took an hour longer to deliver my order and was told by this lady that she hasn't quoted anything under 85 minutes. I called her out on that lie and the previous one she told me the last time I called and was basically called a liar. Delivery driver finally showed up, said we are too far away and it's a wonder no one wanted to be the delivery driver. I told him they shouldn't have accepted the order then. The food is cold, not even warm. Horrible customer service and if I could give them 0 stars I would.

**CONSUMER BEWARE** Used to love to order from here until we learned that there is new management as of last month. Ordered $70 worth of food last night only to receive food that was so salty it was inedible and so fried it was too hard to chew. Called immediately, but the store had already closed for the night. Spoke with the restaurant today to be told that we need to take it up with "Slice" their online ordering service! It's not the websites fault, Pizza Pros made the food! We have been trying to have the inedible items remade and are offering to return the uneaten food from last night, but they are unwilling to correct the food issue! The manager Paula wont even return our call, an employee tells us she is "too busy." Do not order from while they are "learning" how to cook the food from the restaurant they just purchased!

Pepperoni and diced tomatoes is soooo good! Today was our 2nd trip there and it was amazing both times. New owner, changes are coming, but the same cook back there for years. Look, everybody says they have a great pizza flavor, but few places can back it up. That pepperoni and diced tomatoes is where it's at. Thank you guys! 6 of us ate for $45 + tip. We had wings, water, a 2 liter and 2 pies. Awesome deal! So, see you again soon.
