Dunkin'

The coffee is consistently good, and that's why people go to DD. The food is typical heat and go and the donuts are now overpriced. The location is not the best because the entrance is rough and inclined. It's difficult to make a left turn during busy hours. The drive through is odd. Nonetheless, most of the time service is good and it's definitely a busy location.

Tried to get coffee and a muffin here. Their register was down so I was turned away. I asked to pay cash, I didn't even want change. I offered $20 for the crack head to give me a muffin and a coffee but the only words in his vocabulary seams to be "The register is down". I suggested that he write down what I ordered and ring it in later keeping the change... "Sir, the register is down." Thanks. Great experience.

Sorry to say that this location was so understaffed that the wait was insane inside with nobody taking orders at the register for the first 10 min we were there. The drive thru line was backed up, too. I have worked in fast food management and this was definitely not the staff's fault. I don't know if they can't find enough help, if multiple people called in sick, or if the manager just doesn't know how to schedule, but if they don't do something soon, I believe much of the staff they do have will leave out of frustration. My coffee was hot and my doughnut was fresh, so if you do go here, please give the staff a break.
