We had lunch today. Our server Krista was so helpful. I'm gluten and dairy free and she checked menu items for me and suggested entree, sauce and salad dressing options. She allowed us time to make our selections - we enjoyed our beverages and appetizer and our lunch arrived in perfect time! Krista explained your Fivestars acct and we signed up. Thank you for this money saving opportunity! Palmer is home but we have also eaten in your Eagle River and Anchorage restaurants. This is probably the 7th or 8th time we have eaten here and we will definately be back.
Absolutely exceptional food. The service was great and our waiter was very knowledgeable. The portions are huge and that's no exaggeration. My 10 year old says her meal was "delicious!" Top notch quality food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone.
Fun little ale house! Visiting from the lower 48 where big hand cut steak fries are just not found any more. We were pleasantly surprised that they exist here. The halibut taco was great and I enjoyed experiencing a local IPA. Our waitress was very helpful in the choice! Everything looks great here and the outdoor entertainment area looks super fun. Highly recommend for a fun day or night out.
Love this place. This is the fish and chips special, and the second time I e eaten it this week! (Half is gone in the picture) The Rock pizza is phenomenal as well as chicken calzone! I don’t even like pizza. Chicken bacon ranch salad is great, and I don’t even eat bacon! This fish and chips though..love the breading. Just enough and not overkill like most places and tastes great. I’m handicapped and hostess remembered me and sat me at an accessible table and she was very lovely. Taylor, our bartender. AMAZING! Hopefully u get a chance to be served by her! Check it out, definitely worth the drive to Palmer. Big and lots of TVs.
This place was fantastic! It was our first time here. Service was amazing. I can't recommend their blue cheese dressing highly enough...the Cajun blue cheese fries were to die for! All food and drinks were delicious. I highly recommend!
Great customer service for a table of 12, quesadilla and pulled pork Macaroni and cheese was delicious, another top favorite is the black and blue fries. Drink selection is great as well.
The food is consistently pretty great here. But for my issue described below, I would probably give it 5 stars.
My one issue when I went for lunch recently was that I paid almost $18 for a Philly Cheesesteak that had very little steak, and that felt like a pretty high price for mostly bread and cheese. That being said, the sandwich wasn't bad, just was a bit underwhelming.
We also ordered the pizza and mac & cheese, which were both excellent. Service was a little lacking when it came to getting refills on beer / drinks, but there is a staffing shortage due to COVID so we didn't get too upset - just keep this in mind when ordering.
One thing to keep in mind is that no one, including staff, was really wearing masks or seamed to care about social distancing. So keep that in mind if you are COVID conscious during the current surge in Alaska.

However there has been multiple times we have arrived to sit at the bar and people have there young kids sitting there.. at the bar counter.....
A fun little place with a great outdoor seating area and stage ready for concerts. I ordered a gyro and while it wasn't the best I've ever had it was good and the mozzarella sticks were delicious. They make their own root beer, a plus, and have nice servers.
Love the place! Great ambience! Very lively with music and people dancing. Great staff! Amazing drinks glacier lemonade, which was amazing! Great staff,very friendly!
