Worst restaurant ever!!😡 I come out of work craving some good chicken but I drove by around 7:30ish and the restaurant was closed. Everything within the restaurant was dark and closed I would like to know why it says that it is opened until 11 if that is not true. This is one false advertisement.

Been going here for years and just recently the customer service has taken a nose dive.
They will get your order wrong. They will not care about the quality of their customer service. On drive thru orders, you will see them on their phones and not pay attention to you. Its cringey, sad, and only reason why I go here is for the relatively low prices on chicken sandwiches and fried chicken. Their fries are amazing, too.
They need to get new people that can keep up with orders, and with some professionalism, because they make the KFC brand look terrible.

I placed my order online. The line was super long. Why were 2 employees cleaning when there is no indoor service. Aftet 45 mins when I got to the window it took her about 3 minutes to open it. didn't apologize for the waiting plus she was trying to charge me again. After I said that my I placed my order online. Got home and to top it off my order was All wrong. This happen on Sunday around 6pm. never again. Customer service suck.

Ave S. Waited 45 minutes. Young adults playing around. No sense of urgency. Asked for butter and honey, got ketchup. They forgot my drink. Horrible experience. Won't go back.

I do like KFC, but the person taking drive thru order was just too rude when asked about upgrading my side to mac n cheese.
I hope she has a better day and I just won't be going back to that location.
I cancelled order and went to McDonald's next door, instead.

Food good hot didn't wait in line to long was a long line people that went inside were still inside waiting for the food outside line faster
