This domino’s has the worst service. They leave you on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I’ve also encountered very rude employees. One time I got placed an order over the phone (after a 15 minute wait) and the person didn’t put it in right. When I was finally able to pick it up I saw that my order was wrong, She then proceeded to argue with me as if I didn’t know what I ordered. This is just one of many bad experiences I have had here, the service is terrible.

The pizza was fine but the customer service was terrible they have very rude people who work there and I will be reporting one of the workers to there corporate office in the morning. Venessa. From the Palmdale store on Palmdale buld came to window accusing me of tapping on the window when I informed her that that was actually here driver tapping on the door with his keys she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Very rude

Poor customer service Employee Melissa G. was hanging up the calls and was rude the 2nd time i called. Spoke to manager Vanessa and she was frustrated she went off on me telling me how they were short on staff but like I told her she shouldn't be acting this way to us the customers and that it was not my fault but she just didn't care at all and hung up on me... as managers they should be more professional now I know why the employee acts that way..!!!!

I called to make an order and they claimed that they’re out of pizza dough, ironic since their a pizza restaurant, makes no since. Whenever I call for an order they are always unprofessional and ghetto. And continuously get my order wrong. The pizza is always a mess and terribly made. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They won’t be getting my money I rather take it to Pizza Hut.
