Mama's Kitchen

I ordered some tacos from this place, and they were the wrong type that I thought that I had ordered. I came back and even though they were closed, they opened the doors and replaced my order immediately. Great service. They have some of the best carne esada tacos in Palmdale, and have the best prices no question. I’m really glad this place is not far from where I live. Very good restaurant.

The food is very good. The service not so much. I placed an order, and sat there and watched people coming in after me and receive their order before I did. Mama's Seafood Kitchen on 9th St East and Palmdale blvd is 💯 times better. They may be owned by the same people, But The wait time is reasonable, the food is awesome. And the staff treat all the customers with respect.

Yesterday I went to order I told the girl what I wanted clearly because My parents like that place and always mess up orders. I go in yesterday my order was wrong. I purchase food again and the same thing my order was all wrong. Worst customer service ever!. They need to open up their ears and be more attentive to their customers. They want to feed you whatever they want. I won't be visiting that place again ever!. Rude and need to work on the customer service side.

Good food and does taste authentic! But.... unfortunately the wait time is very high. I can tell from waiting for my food here that they prioritize on online orders / app based orders instead of walk ins. Which is a bummer since they are located close to my job. I ordered a 3 taco combo and they took about 25 minutes. If it weren't for that I would still go here. But I can't risk going back to work late from lunch.
