I love the food and service in this location. Workers assist to provide and maintain social distancing. Food is always satisfying. They have outside dining. You can place your order's by phone ahead of time or you can order online as well.

Nice, clean and close to home. Service can be a bit slow, but employees are polite and friendly.

I did not give them 5 stars only because after waiting 30 minutes to be seated, they took 41 additional minutes to even tend out table, I mean please hire more people if u need to but don't make people wait so long to take their order. We love their food that's not the issue.
We know you can do a lot better, get on it please.

My food was supposed to be ready at 9:34 I get there at 9:36 sharp , I order curbside. I call the store like 5 times, no answer it sends me to a machine saying voicemail is not activated. I walked in there after a while of waiting and take my food . After asking why there is no one answering the phone the two employees look at me confused and only said that the line was busy. My food was cold and missing condiments, syrup and pancakes . The service is not what it used to be .

It was horrible experience to be here. We had wait time given for 30 mins but even after an hour girl at register said it will be 30 mins more. We just came back by cancelling our reservation.
If the iHOP cant handle these many guests for outdoor dining and just have 6 or 7 families to be seated then they should rethink on how to manage their service for dining orders.

They NEVER answer the phone calls. They forget to put some of the food I ordered online to be delivered. Their answer to it is store credit. Fix the problems instead. Answer the phone.

Food wasn't hot, took about 40mins to be seated, took 35 mins to get food once order was placed 👎🏾
