Mcdonald's

Made my order at 643 this morning. Came around 657 and waited in the curbside pick up its now 713 still no order my app states my order has been recieved. I call the store one one answers. Then they come with just the food to tell me they dont have the box for the coffee i ordered. I asked if i would be reimbursed they told me no due to ordering mobile they cant reimbursed me. So i asked if i get anything equal to on the coffee i ordered for work. He told me he check to only get 4 large coffee something that cost $4 and some change is equal to $20?

This location is off and on, I have 5 mouths to feed so I almost always get a family meal and sometimes the fries are nice and crispy but other times they are soggy and unsalted. Also I had a recent experience where I went in to order and an employee who was handling food was messing with her eye lashes and looking at her phone but didn't wash her hands. With this Pandemic going on you would think everyone would be a bit more cautious since they are handling other people's food but I guess there is always that one person, right??

I had stop going to McDonald's for almost 30 years. I decided to try the double whopper combo #3 and I also asked for the deluxe whopper I clearly said with lettuce and tomato on both. They changed me for lettuce and tomato but they never put it in the whoppers. The hamburger meat was almost raw and when I asked them for ranch sauce they said I had to pay for it (and again what ever happened to the lettuce and tomato I paid for). Unfortunately I ordered in the drive though but today is September 29 2020 and the time I made the purchase was 6:46 pm. So if you are the manager to this establishment please put your people on check. The order number 86 a

Highly upset! I ordered a filet-o -fish meal, happy meal and oreo mcflurry with hot fudge sauce via drive thru. After getting my food I pull over in the parking lot (Thank God I didn't drive all the way home!) and took a bite of my filet-o-fish and it was old, dry and stale. The lobby is closed so consequently I had to wait in drive thru all over again! I finally get to the window and explain what happened and they had me park in stall one. I waited, they bought my food and I pull off. As I'm headed home I eat a few fries and OMG they're SALTY SALTY!!!!! So salty I can't even eat them, my fingers were full of salt! When I got home I opened the bag and it's so much salt on the fries you can see it!!!! I think they purposely over salted the fries because I complained. NEVER coming to this location again!!!
