Dunkin' Donuts

Idk what it is with mobile orders, but there is no point to place them because they’re NEVER right. Like I’ll order 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and they’ll hand me one drink and ask if that’s all I had? Then I have to basically reorder, so might as well just not mobile order. Also the drinks and food are frequently messed up or missing cold foam or some other thing. Also miss the donuts in my order frequently. The people are nice enough, and I understand it can be busy, but it happens literally every single time I go.

Love Dunkin' Donuts ! I come here every morning and they always get my coffee right, donuts are always fresh, and the foods always hot and made to order. The parking lot can get pretty full and the drive thru line gets long but they keep it moving pretty quickly, I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Dunkin's Cold Bold Brew is soooo much better than their bitter, burnt-tastimg Guatemalan. The seasonal Pumpkin 🎃 🍩 are tasty, too. I am waiting for the day I drive through & everything is just as I ordered, &/or there's not an issue getting money reloaded. The saving grace in this process are the managers, who take the time to listen & resolve issues r/t be denial-oriented or try to hurry the customer away. Proactive managers are one of the very few reasons I continue to go into Dunkin' vs their local 🍩 🥯 & coffee competitors.
