Best location in the palm bay area. Always great service that's quick and accurate. Total opposite of the terrible location on Palm Bay road.

Quick and easy to order. They did run out of avocado toast at 6:30 a.m. one morning though, just kind of a head scratcher

Update: I don't go regularly anymore as I am cutting back on expenses but the last few times I have gone and including today have been good.
This particular location is close to my home so it is the one I have gone to the most. When they're on point it is good and when they're not it is a huge disappointment. The management needs to be more organized and attentive to the stock, the customers and training people and hiring people. Overall, it isn't so bad that I stopped going just yet.

All of the employees were super nice and asked to ensure our orders were correct and how we wanted them. Also, how fast the service was. The day I ordered was the veterans day parade, and there were seven of us ordering. By the time we got there, around seven minutes after ordering, 6 out of 7 drinks were made. The only reason the last drink wasn't made was because they ran out of strawberry syrup and wanted to know what flavor we wanted. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, and I mean that. I will be back.

I want to give big shot out to Naisha!!!! She was amazing helping me replacing my hot latte I’ve got in another location that tasted really bad. She was sweet - kind and very helpful!! Love to see employees like her, who turn bad morning into a great one!! Thank you, Naisha!!

Listen y'all. I had lost faith in Dunkin until I moved and went to this store. Seriously, I don't think I have had a positive Dunkin visit in years. But this store is fast, accurate and friendly every time I go! It's the only Dunkin I will solicit because its worth it!

Went inside for my occasional treat and it didn't disappoint. Butter pecan frozen coffee!! I hope it remains on the menu, as they removed the butter pecan cookie one and replaced it with pumpkin; which im not fond of

Loved the workers! I got a Chocolate thing-a-majig. Very yummy! I recommend this to anyone who needs something tasty like a doughnut or coffee quickly. I've gone to a different Dunkin' Donuts and I have always gotten a Blueberry Muffin and a Chocolate Milk before I would head to school, only sometimes though, best days ever. Oh also, here's a Mouse picture!

Dunkin has always been the place I go to start my day. ☕️ coffee is always 💯, 🍩 donuts not really my thing, but they are good. Some times sandwiches tastes a bit funny. I believe it is the egg, maybe not sealed well in freezer, not really sure. If not for this it would be a five star for sure..

This is probably my favorite Dunkin’ to visit, their service is usually on point. I normally just get a coffee and they do a good job mixing the flavors in.
I did try those Egg Bites, they are not too bad.
