I used subway app to place a pick up order and when I opened the sandwiches at home, I found the quantity of items inside to be negligible. I felt as if there was a Great Famine during preparation. I would advise getting things prepared in person so that stores like these don't get a chance to cheat.

This is an average Subway store to get sandwiches and other items. I've had no issues with the food or staff. The store is at the end of a somewhat empty strip mall near Walmart. It can been seen from Dundee road but not from the main parking lot. The easiest way to enter is from Dundee road.

The sandwiches here are pretty average now, and I'm not surprised the bread isn't considered to be actual bread. I do have a soft spot for the chicken teriyaki, but the meatball marinara is terrible; you can find a better one literally anywhere else.

I have very good experience with this location. Very good customer service! I really love to go here. Unfortunately, I still have VERY bad experience with another location in Schaumburg. I really wish to Subway to have a representative level globally! If there is and an issue, management has to act, otherwise customers have plenty another choices with delicious sendwich!!!
