It's really good. I had the Pad Thai. I couldn't finish it. It's a large plate with a lot of shrimp. It's not that spicy since I don't like spicy. It comes with a lime and salad appetizer. Customer service was nice. It's a small, quaint place. I recommend. Oh, also, there's no sushi, in case you wanted that.
I've been on a quest to find the best green curry in the Western US for the last two years. Pagosa Thai is in the lead (the quest never truly ends) by a landslide! The flavor was amazing. Much more lemongrass forward than any other green curry I've tried, and that was a great improvement. They were generous with the vegetables and tofu, too, which is always a plus. And they were cooked too perfection! Normally one order of a curry dish would be enough for me and my boyfriend to split, and since we were traveling we didn't want to have leftovers. I regretted that decision, because I could have happily eaten an entire order of this by myself. It is that good! We got takeout, so I can't really speak to the experience of eating in the restaurant itself - but they were fast to get our order ready (20 minutes), even on a Friday night. My only issue - it is a minor one! - is that they put our curry in a container that didn't seal very well, so it leaked a little bit. Fortunately they had put it in a plastic bag and the mess was well contained, but I was sad to lose any of that delightful flavor! I suggest they switch to the soup style container that have more commonly encountered with curry takeout.
My favorite place to go when I'm in Pagosa Springs. The curry is amazing! Everything is fresh and delicious!
