Foods decent but the staff is not. I’m not sure if she was new or not but asked for a Mountain Dew and got this white drink which doesn’t make sense. Considering Mountain Dew has that distinctive look. After asking her if it was Mountain Dew she was pretty confident in it. Getting my food was wrong so I asked for my right food and due to COVID that aren’t taking anything back. I sat at the window for at least 5 minutes trying to just get my food that I actually ordered. At the end I was left with two drinks that ran out of the actual soda so it was just the carbonation and a different drink. Two bags of food and a box….. made comments about why I was still at the window when they kept handing me the wrong food. I just wanted the food I PAID for and ordered.

A little slow but the food was good and my order was accurate. A lot of places give me the wrong order pretty often. Even a simple order. This Bojangles always gets it right and that makes me happy 😊

The fast flood business is dying a slow painful death. Except 1, and they don't open on Sunday and still out these others to shame.they get my vote and business

They really aren't doing well with making sure my order is correct. I repeat it twice, they have it on the screen, printed out and still gets it wrong EVERY TIME I go. It's very hard to support our local businesses when they clearly don't care about customer service.

I waiting in line for 30 min. 4 cars behind me gave up waiting and just left. When I finally got to the speaker she said go ahead and order, so i give my order she then told me to hang on and i waited for 10 more min waiting for her to talk with me. Then one of the items that i ordered needed to be cooked and it would be a wait. when i asked how long she thought it would be. She said rudely "i dont know, i don't cook the food".
After paying i waited another 10 min. When i got home the coleslaw I ordered was past its expiration date according to the date and time on the bottom sticker.

We came through Pageland South Carolina and stop at Bojangles I should had read the reviews 1st and we would have never stop The general manger needs to take a good look at this store the manger wouldn't even come out the back she sent another kid I will be contacting the corporate office

Gave us wrong food and messed up our order. Along with lots of others. Service wasnt great... no one tried to even help us to place our order until we were inside there for over 10 minutes. Need better ppl to do there job or dont get to $ to be paid if they cant do there job.

I really don't know what is the problem with the people working on the drive thru they don't serve the right order or it's always incomplete or it's not the right order and it's even incomplete
They have a long line to order and have a recording greeting and so they don't take the orders even if you have already ordered you have to order again and all to get an incomplete order
