Burger King

Stopped for a quick lunch. We were in 28 foot motor home not towing. The parking lot here is very tight for vehicles like ours. We found it easier to drive into the massive parking lot just to the east of the store and walk in and order. The restrooms were clean and the employee who waited on us seemed to be distracted but she was friendly

I went to this outlet yesterday at lunch time . We were a party of six . When our burgers were delivered, they were ice cold . When this fact was brought to the notice of the manager , she was exceedingly rude and went straight on the defensive. Instead of addressing the issue , she got into a verbal arrangement and refused to budge . This was a very sordid experience and we departed with a bad taste in the mouth, never to return to Burger King again. This lady needs to be censured and given some schooling in dealing with the customers. Employees like her will hurt your clientele in a big way …

Drive thru employees were sooo rude ! The staff that is working today 06/07/22 @9pm! We ordered a coke at first and then we cancel the coke and asked for powerade instead. Then as we pulled up to the window we got a coke and we said wrong order we asked for a powerade. Then the lady at the drive thru yells at her staff laughing "YOU GUYS HEARD COKE RIGHT" and we can hear them making fun of us and we asked for the manager name "Tammy" and she was much more rude than the others!! She saw one of my family holding her phone up but not recording and then "Tammy" goes on to threatened us and yelled while pointing her finger, I quote "if your recording me, I can press charges and I'm going to take your license plate number !" We confronted her about the jokes but all she did was denied all accusations!! Then continues to says "you got your food you can go now!". If you want terrible service by awful employees at this time than THIS Burger King is right for you!
