Mcdonald's

We usually stop here for food during our trips. On June 19, 2022 we didn't have such a great experience. I know prices have gone up but I don't think that the food should be diminished from what the packaging suggested, referring to the fries. My shake was actually the right consistency but my wife's was like water. The nuggets were great. I added pics of the fries contents.

We ordered $40 of food thru door dash they couldn't find a driver for 2 hours which is not mcdonalds fault but when a dasher took the order instead of mcdonalds making our food fresh they gave us 2 hour old food from when we placed the order the food was all cold to the touch which is disgusting but also a very serious food safety issue all of there food has a hold time of 30 minutes or less anything longer can make the food go bad which can make you very sick i contacted this mcdonalds and the person I talked to said that was normal for them if a dasher isn't available they make the food and let it sit as long as it takes for a dasher to take the order I work in fast food if we get a door dash and it takes longer then 15 minutes we throw the food away and make it again when a dasher comes to get it
