They forgot to put sour cream on my chalupa supreme. And I mean the sour cream is what makes it. There was also no hot sauce in my bag even though I asked for it. I felt like a wasted $3 because it was to dry without the sour cream to eat.
Maybe I'm just being picky but still. 🤷

The soft shell taco was inedible. Not without a fork. It looked like it had just all been thrown into the tortilla and then threw it in the bag. The package was soaked and easily tore. But I'll probably still go back. I wasn't too impressed with the taco bell near the mall.

Good service at the place. Just stay away from the drive through, it seems to take exceptionally long!

There was a long line. However the gentleman who took payment and gave us our order was EXTREMELY friendly and polite.

Food was good service was slow looked like Management was just there to hang out and I guess you don't get too pick what sauce you want and napkins are never in the bag so easy at your own risk or don't be in a hurry an plan on eating in the car
