Arby's

I waited and an appropriate amount of time at the cash register for a team member to help me. When the cashier did arrive, admittedly she was polite. I ordered the two can dine for 899. The cashier requested that fresh cheese sticks be dropped. This is always a good thing. But unfortunately my French fries and my friends french fries overcooked and evidently cooked in old oil because the fries have that texture about them. With the good and the bad, I have to give this a poor rating for Arby's. My experiences with Arby's has always been superb. I really felt as though my should have been refunded but I did not request. Needless to say I did not ring the bell on my way out. And I always ring the bell. The picture attached is a commitment statement to their slogan Arby's is delicious. They simply did not make the cut.

Went through drive through at 8 this evening on a road trip. Drive the attendant was rude. Never even gave total before pulling around. Order wasn't correct. I'm unsure if she was new or what but she needs trained on customer service and how to talknto people. It should be noted they were not busy at all. I could understand being rushed to an extent but this was not the case.
