First time I went in, my first thought was that it seemed rather expensive since I still had to pay to cook it at my own house. However, after trying it based on a recommendation of a friend of mine, I immediately understood that the price is higher because these ingredients are fantastic quality. The everything on my pizza tasted fantastic. The veggies, the meat, all of it just tasted great, not like it was older, or the cheap stuff. Each bite made it quite obvious it was higher quality. The two layer meat pizza was also pretty dang tasty. My only complaint was that the wait was long (nothing prepared, so it takes more time - I highly recommend calling your order ahead since it takes a few minutes) and I wish there were more 'deals' per se. Perhaps one pizza from each of their three different pizza groups having some type of discount or something, I'm not sure. Either way though, my wife and I both LOVED the pizza, the desert pizza thing too, and will be going back later today for our third time.
Having said that, I did ask to confirm that if I left and came back, they would just place my pizza on the rack to hold it for me for a few minutes, and the employee just looked at me like I was a moron. I admit, it does seem like a bit of a given that they would do so, but I didn't want to assume they would and find out that this isn't standard procedure worthy of pizza sabotage, so I wanted to ask. Minor quibbles, and again, my rating stands high. I recommend trying it at the least if you are a pizza lover.
What a great pizza!!! We go here about once a month and get the stuffed pizza and sometimes a cookie dough as well. The fresh pizza cooked at home is so much better than delivery! They make it to order and will add any items you want to your pizza. one review said they would not add mushrooms, but this is not the case at all, they just charge for added toppings. We love it and they always do a great job of making our pizza as fast as they can.
I want to compliment the current employees at your Pace location. My family orders pizza every Tuesday and it is always delicious. The girls- and 1 dark headed guy-are always super friendly and have my order ready when I walk in. I worked customer service for over 15 years and I know it is not always easy, so it is refreshing to be treated as well as I have been. Thanks! Jennifer Peters.
I love going to Papa Murphy's. There's something about having a pizza come straight out of my oven that makes it taste so much better than delivery. Or maybe it could be the fresh ingredients! Last time I went a gentleman named Will helped me. He was very kind and made the pizza fast! Thank you, Will!!
Always receive great customer service.
Warm, friendly smiles. And then the pizza outstanding....How cares if you have to bake it..... Better than cold delivered or pickup. keep up the high standards.
As far as a Take and Bake pizza place goes.....this is the real deal. Not overly expensive like a FroYo place and it's easy to pick out your favorite ingredients to build your masterpiece. And they dont skimp on ingredients. Good stuff
Just pizza? Let me tell you about the thing you say is 'just pizza.' We begin with the first bite... oh! the crunch.. and then the marinara. That rolling lava of tomato and oregano, it overtakes you. I'm falling... and that's when she catches you. That chewy, voluptuous mistress: mozzarella. Her oven-kissed cheeks crackle with warmth in your mouth, cradling the sauce and the bread, letting you know that from now on that this is home. This pizza is home.
Our first time, it was $10 Tuesday, got 2. They really scrimped on the cheese, glad we had mozzarella in the fridge. Pizzas were tasty. If we do it again we have cheese in the fridge.
Good pizza!....not great! Like ther idea of taking it home and baking it. We can brown the top the way we like it
The only Pizza that's better then this is the Homemade Beer Crust pizza I make myself, other then that this pizza is a winner and taste even better when heated over for Breakfast, just make sure you follow the directions and do what I do and rotate it halfway through the cooking time so the crust gets baked evenly the whole way around.
