I actually like carvel cake, the older woman that works there is very nice and friendly, I don’t like that other young middle aged looking women, she looks maybe 26? She’s kinda rude and gives very little servings. Other than that the place is good.

I've been there 3 times so far and every employee that have helped me were really friendly. EXCELLENT customer service skills on the young people that work there!

Always get good service from this establishment. They know how to make a good thick vanilla shak The strawberries that are used for Sundays are amazing they're very big they are cut or S liced but big pieces.
I would have given the store 5 stars I wish they had seedy available.
