Could have been a little cleaner and the employee seemed frustrated that i didn't know what I want (I mean I'm Canadian gimme a break lol) anyways food was good otherwise and I guess that's what's important right

The food is good, but i find it a bit pricy for those little sandwiches, back in the days whitecastle use to be a place where u can get some food for a little change and have something to eat but now, too expensive

Staff gets order right everytime. Drive thru is well run and orders are filled at a steady pace. Online pickup orders are always ready when I arrive.

Had to pick family up at JFK. I'm from Detroit og and miss White Castle. We don't have many of the "good" fast food in CT, esp where I live. The location is small, small parking lot, drivethru os pretty narrow BUT the girl at the window was nice, we got our order and it tastes just the same as it did growning up. Our cousin came from Germany, so i wanted to share some of my childhood and explained you CAN buy frozen ones, but something about those damn lil boxed for the sliders make them taste better😆 my bf was aghast i spent 60+$ at the drive thru.. MY response-"BUT I HAVENT HAD THEM IN (at least) 15YRS!!"
(We had 2 sodas, 1 water, 2 fries, 1 o-ring (i miss the onion chips tho!), the fish nibblers (never had- pretty good tbh), and a 30pk Cheeseburgers)

I only stayed 2 nights but it was clean, comfy, breakfast was good I ate everyday. Didn't get to use pool or gym didn't go to the bar or anything I was too tired wish I did prob was nice!!

I love to eat "White Castle" cheeseburgers. I also love the onion rings and fried clams. This store serves very good food. You should try it.
They have a drive thru window that I always use. But beware..... SEPTEMBER THRU JUNE,
MONDAY THRU FRIDAY THEY'RE CLOSED FOR CARS ENTERING THE PROPERTY FROM 1:30PM TO 3PM. It's because there is a school two blocks down and a pre-K one block away. I get it it makes sense. But why, why 75% of the time I'm in the area and want those delicious burgers I'm too late. Ugh!

I went through the drive through and had a mobile order. No problems at all. Very nice. In fact they were out of an item and they actually called me to ask if I wanted something else and they were very apologetic. Excellent service!

I had just left the cemetery and visited with my brother. The GPS read 1hr. until I would reach the house and when I looked up I saw White Castle. I don't remember the last time I ate the food, but something made me pull over. The parking lot, drive thru and building looked clean and well maintained. It was about 5pm. and I expected the place to be packed, but it wasn't bad at all. Nice and clean on the inside and all the employees seemed happy. My spirit was uplifted just from the atmosphere. I placed three orders and it was served in just a few minutes. I had a wonderful experience at White Castle and I am looking forward to returning soon. A big Shout Out to the manager Jamiesha and her fantastic staff.
