Some great eats and interesting things to explore here. The displays are amazing in the hotel lobby. There's a Shake Shack, Pappa's seafood, and other great restaraunts where you have the option to sit outside atop the balcony like promenade with amazing views of Maryland Virginia and DC all at once.

I was so excited to visit here to eat. Then I saw the way the that they treated there managers and I was appalled. They think because they pay them salaries they should have them working 60+ hours and they don’t treat them with no kind of respect. Then they wonder why they have a high employee turnover rate. It’s just disgusting. You are willing to work your employees to death for profit. Pure and utterly disgusting 🤮

Lines are long as expected on Sundays. I decided to use the National Market website to order pizza from Zizi’s Pizza. I went there to pick up the order but was not ready. After 30 minutes still food wasn’t ready and they couldn’t find my online order. I left without my food and refund. I’m not sure where or to whom should i get a refund from.

Nice experience. Very high tech in the room and elevators. I wish our room come with full lenght mirror. I got a 3 hours photos shoot there. Thank you for upgrading our room to celebrate our 11 year Anniversary. Very beautiful view of the city and National Harbor. Staff are extremely polite.
