Taco Bell

I noticed that the mexican pizza was sold out when I was going to make my order which I knew was a possibility. When I get to the window I decide to ask the lady if she had any clue when they will be back in stock. She said no their discontinued which left me so confused. I said but you just put it back on the menu. She said yes but it sold out and is discontinued. I was tired so I just said okay and drove off with my two supreme tacos. I got home researched what was going on with the mexican pizza and after I confirmed they are just sold out until further notice I started eating my tacos. Half way through my first one I realized I haven't gotten any sour cream yet. I think whatever maybe the second one will be made correctly and nope no sour cream.

Horrible. I had asked the lady in the front if I can use the restroom (and get this I had placed an order ) and she commented saying they were closed since they finished cleaning them. Which I thought that was stupid. I went back and asked if I can speak to the manager and he responded with “they were out of order” restrooms did not have an out of order sign or anything. Taco Bell really ?

Well it's taco bell food is good customer service is poor always get the lady with attitude at the window don't understand why they ask what hot sauce you want they always put what ever is closest to them i ask for mild and they give me hot or fire but hey if your hungry and don't want to spend a lot

Leaving this review seems so silly to me but I just had the funniest most ridiculous experience. I come here often and NEVER had an issue with getting an extra sauce packet. I ordered 2 Gordita Crunch's the man at the windows hands me my food and I see 2 sauce packets. Great but id like at least one more. So I kindly asked for another one he immediately in a rude manner says sorry no, only one per order. I thought he was joking.. I offered to pay for it at that point and he says no. So I said ok so I'll purchase a taco if it means I'll get more sauce and he says okay. I proceed to express how ridiculous it is that he is making me pay for a whole taco for just ONE sauce packet and he goes on to say '' I don't care what you think ''. At this point I am appalled at the way he is speaking to me so I ask for the manager he says he is the manager and I say okay what about your district manager and he says he is. LOL. At this point it isn't the sauce that upsets me it's the fact that this man's demeanor was extremely unpleasant and entitled. For someone who is suppose to ensure district-wide customer satisfaction, he failed and that was absolutely not the way to handle this situation, over ONE packet of sauce. Apparently he (GUILLERMO) and (JAVIER) are both district managers but neither seem to be worthy of the position if they cannot understand and or practice the importance of customer satisfaction after all it is an important element of business strategy. So, therefore I will never return to this location.

I must say the lady at the drive thru this time, I don't know her name but she has been there for some time now. Is really on it. She always gets our order right is friendly and just on her job 100%. Thank you for always providing us such great service. We just wanted to let you know we always notice you.
