This restaurant was amazing! The decor is nice and modern, I was a fan!. The ambiance is perfect. They have a live singer (norah Jones like) on Fridays and Saturdays, she is amazing and sets the mood. I have the filet mignon amd shrimp and it was AMAZING!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Driving by I wouldn’t have guessed this was a restaurant but more of a clubhouse to the units here. Nice ambiance and wonderful customer service. The food and beer are great too.

Good salmon dish with creamy tasty rice risotto that was very delicious, portions are ok but some dishes are pricey $30-$39.50

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner here. Amazing location and well appointed dining area. Food and service were both excellent. We'll be back, and will add Salt on as a regular stop on our "date night" rotation.

We came here once when it was Cocovin, and have been here twice since it was changed to Salt Waterside Bistro. The location is nice with great water views. The interior has a nice open layout with plenty of tables and a number of bar seats. We've tried a number of items and the food is good. The filet is a great deal as the cuts we've received are quite large. Definitely worth a visit.

Do not leave if it's busy, it is worth it. The staff was very sociable and kind. Prices were average for the menu. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

Terrific food, the swordfish sliders especially. Best swordfish I've had, well prepared - flavorful, without being dried out. The salads were great and the mac and cheese was decadent.

Food is far from great and it is expensive, just OK.
Worst mezcal cocktail I've ever had, didn't even finish it. Service was not even close to good. My gf got sick from the "airline" chicken.
