Veronica store manager is very incompetent, and disrespectful. My mother called because some chicken had a very odd old taste to it. Instead of trying to resolve the matter she argued with my mother and said “it’s impossible for the chicken to be expired, we just received the chicken yesterday “, I myself tried the chicken and am not sure if it was expired or not but it definitely did not taste good. There’s times where food will have bat batches but I don’t think this personnel is aware of that. Went to call corporate as she did not want to resolve the matter.

Bad service drive through lady was rude she did not give me my recite and to top it off my fries were so hard and dark like if they were from the day before!! They need to get checked! How would them employees like it to eat they're food like that!! SMH

This place has the worst customer service with the elderly this so-called cashier was being so rude and disrespectful to him we tried helping out but he would just ignore us no never been to a restaurant worst service than this one his name on his name tag was Jared yet when it out turn he decided to go to the back knowing he had a line of customers until this other person came n helped us and once she helped us he came back which makes no sense but I guess that how ignorant a person can be but remember u always have to respect the elderly

Imagine going to McDonalds and ordering two regular Quarter Pounders. One is the normal size we're all familiar with and one is the size of a Happy Meal Cheeseburger yet, you get charged for two Quarter Pounders. Does that seem fair? No, it doesn't.
Well, that's how it feels going to KFC. The size of the chicken is so incredibly inconsistent that they should just sell chicken by the pound.
I've been to this location about 5 times and it's always disappointing. Not going back.

This young lady treated m and my mom horrible ! Will not be going back to saviers kfc .my mom asked how Mitch it was and didn’t hear and asked again and she said “ well it isn’t my fault you didn’t hear “ and when she brought the food we asked for no mayonnaise and said there wasn’t my mom still checked and there was! And gave it back so they can check it and slammed the window said to wait in the parking lot .when she finally came she said she was sorry . It’s not okay how she treated us

Went here on a Tuesday at 3pm, the woman who took my ordered was very busy but still showed excellent customer service. Bread on the chicken littles could use some improvement. I picked up the 2 for $3 special with a strawberry lemonade and a cookie.
