Ordered burger and this was what I received, looks like 2 halves of two different patties put in the bun. Called regarding this and they hung up the phone laughing. I went back to Jack and they had locked the doors at 8:30 pm, I went thru the drive thru and they locked the windows refusing to acknowledge me until another customer arrived. Then they finally opened the window, I asked for the manager/supervisor in charge, and was told they did not have one, and the best part no one had a name in the 7 staff that I could see. I will never return to Jack in the Box on 5th St and Victoria Rd in Oxnard. My worst experience ever 🙃.

The service was slow. An employee parked in the handicapped space and when I mentioned he wasn't handicapped he said, ( What's the problem) and did it anyway. No respect for seniors or disabled people.

Thanks Jacks!! No medium fry’s so I order small and you don’t fill it up all the way! Really???? Not a Happy customer!! I’m just wondering to the person who did this, would you be happy with half filled fry’s??

Horrible. The chicken strips were mostly breading and over cooked. The hamburger smelled like rancid butter. The Sprite seemed over carbonated. The only good thing we're the tacos.
When ordering at the drive thru we were stopped mid order so a bit of gossip could be discussed.
Disappointed. Food is usually good.
