The food is great! BUT I ordered thru their app and requested curbside ( because I'm handicapped and it was offered) they never bothered to even attempt delivery. So I had to hobble into get my order showed them my receipt and they acted like I never ordered food. After 5 minutes she found it and it was wrong and not all there.

The owners (Asian couple ) are very stingy with theirs food . They hesitate to give you extra sauces . Like why ?? They do t let you use the restroom sometimes unless you buy food here . This waba place is definitely different than any other location. Zero stars if I could

I cannot stress how unpleasant it was when ordering our food. Had I been alone I would have left , there customer service is TERRIBLE! They need to acquire more people skills. They make mistakes and when we point em out they got offended and were very bothered. Food wise It was quite normal nothing out of the ordinary. First time here but that was my welcome in moment and it was not great.

Placed order at this location by mistake, called to cancel order and get a refund but they will not answer their phone after 15 attempts and there is no other way to get a refund from this location.

Very poor customer service they had a hard time giving out there own promotion had me waiting for 10 min couldn't find the special even though it's up in there sign they didn't let me pick a soup I like even though it says soup salad and drink it never said one kind of soup not only that the portion was ridiculous 4 spoon fulls of soup and crapp salad very sad for waba grill

Great healthy food options without substituting great flavor. The bowls look small, but they are very filling.
