Service was friendly, efficient, and food was good! Pick up was easy and quick. However the parking is a big problem.

UPDATE: A friend and I went to BW3 for appetizers and beers after work. Much improved! The staff were great and the inside much cleaner than in the past.
Original Review: "Disappointed...they weren't seating people because they had too many to go orders. Plenty of open tables and staff on the floor, but not in the kitchen. Understand short staffing, but not sure it's worth the gamble for high priced, corporate food. 🤔"

Got there in time for the lunch special. Got the burger (w2patties) and fries. XLNT for the price. We had a large group and Christina was great.
This would have been a 5 star had I not visited the bathroom. UGH....just a nasty mess..We were there early afternoon...Leads me to think it was never cleaned from the night before.

I don't know why but all of oxford is pretty much a ghost town after dark these days! This place was empty!!! Food was good. Service was fine. Nothing crazy, just no customers...

2 years ago, My stepson was an addict of this place, so we had a birthday there for him. It was dark dankee musty and the food was small portions, high prices and the service was horrible,... One star,.. now not sure when they did the renovation but it's amazing inside hyper clean newer bathrooms. Remove the disgusting old dirty wall. Very bright, all the Staff was friendly The food was tasty. I felt the wings were larger and $3 tater tots a+ Plus. Glad I gave her a second try four stars,.. thank you for a good time with my son after track practice

Our server did a good job and the food was okay. Actually my husband enjoyed his more than I did. What we didn't understand was that my meal was brought out about 10 minutes before my husband's. Kind of takes away the fun of dining out with your partner.

Very stingy with food. All I got was fries with cheese. I paid $5.13 for literally like 20 and a sprinkle of cheese ???????? (The cashier is nice though )
Update : literally a hour later I got them remade and they are just how I wanted them. Great customer service ! Thank you !
