Have been to the Owosso Burger King several times. Order is messed up every single time! Usually not too picky and will deal with it, but to have an order read back to you 3x to make sure they got the order right…they still mess it up! Not to mention the food wasn’t very warm, some onion rings were hard while others were mushy.
Pic is of what was suppose to be a spicy chiking deluxe. Was a regular crispy deluxe with extremely light lettuce.

Food is rarely correct. Pretend to write your name down to get your food back but won’t actually give you anything when you go to get the “free meal” which is really just what you ordered the first time.

Lol i just made a note in my phone to remind myself never to eat burger king again because im super hunger and i opened up my bacon king just to lose my appetite looking at this disgusting sandwich... ive decided to go hungry, and yes this has disgusted me to the point that all burger kings are off the menu

I don't know why I even buy a original chicken. I have hopes that it will be good but usually put together like trash and always cold . Maybe someday?

Horrible service!!! That's even if I gotten service. Try to go through drive thru and that was backed up. So went inside to get service (totally understand with the whole covid thing and short staffed) but when they are waiting a minute on food, 2 of the workers would just look at you and completely ignore you. They could of at least acknowledged that there was someone waiting and it was going to be a moment. But nothing was said. So I took my business elsewhere.

Got chicken fries from here that were reheated and tasted like they were fried in dirty oil very gross. This place used to be good but has went very downhill. Do better

I have been to the Burger King in Owosso, Michigan twice this last week. Both times not satisfied with my order. The 1st time they messed up my drink, 2nd time I got the chicken sandwich and there was so so much mayo on it that when I picked in up the sandwich fell apart. I never knew you were suppose to put mayo on both sides of the sandwich. I will notbe going back.
