Jet's Pizza

I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza which has bacon on it. The majority of the bacon was all the fat. The picture below shows the fat from one slice of pizza. In addition, the pizza was burnt black around all of the edges and there was barely any barbecue sauce on it. I certainly could not taste it. It was very disappointing. I will not be going there again.

I was sitting in my car and noticed all the trash swirling around in the wind, right in front of Jet's door. Very unappetizing. I called and spoke to a manager about it. She said it was the company that maintains the parking lot's fault. She said the maintenance guy didn't come yesterday, so it wasn't cleaned up. (They clean it every Tuesday.) Well, Jet's should be sending an employee out to clean up the trash in front of their "restaurant" every day! Even 10 minutes would be an improvement. Have some respect for your business. Have some respect for the environment. What is wrong with people?

Did a walk in for a slice of pizza prior to shopping. I'm absolutely ashamed to even have to write this but the place was filthy. The pop coolers behind the service counter, the glass doors literally looked liked they hadn't seen any windex in quite awhile. They were full of grease & hand prints from the employees as no customers can get back there. I don't even want to know what the back of the kitchen looked like. The staff was very pleasant though. This upcoming part is not the stores fault but the franchise owner needs to be aware of this situation as they are paying a high rent there and they can take it up with their landlord. The garbage cans in this plaza were so overflowing there was trash EVERYWHERE. In front of this store there was trash strewn about and all the other stores. This happens ALOT. I'm tired of seeing the garbage everywhere when I come to this plaza. It's a health & safety concern that needs to be addressed. Ps next time I'm at the plaza I'll take pics and do an update so y'all will see what I'm talking about🙄

Worst service I have ever seen. Manager has a I don't care additude. Will never order from Jets again. Pizza is an hour late so far called and they stated they put a delay on our order for some reason when I ordered online.. called twice and they said my pizza is almost there both times and the calls were 20 minutes apart.. Good thing there is many pizza options in Owosso other than Jets.

Delivery driver wasn't given proper directions from his manager even tho I explained how to get to my home. I paid a premium Delivery Fee because "they don't Deliver to me" and they still showed up with cold food. The BLT I ordered had no mayo on it and the lettuce was so soggy and brown. Disgusting!

Went in bought a veggie gluten free pizza and watched them used the same spoon that touchs all the non gluten free pizza. Then when they put the toppings on with their their bare hands, put gloves on when working with food. Yes I paid for it, did I eat it? No I watched bacon fly into the onions bin. So after it was handed to me it went in the trash. Also their delivery times say 45-60min but it's more like 1hr - 1hr 30mins wait for the driver to show up. I will never come into thos location again. Someone needs to report them to the health department.

Love Jets pizza but.... Online ordering is a disaster. Menu is so confusing I can only conclude it's intentional. Try building a large pepperoni deep dish. You can end up with 3 different names for the same thing and prices range from $13 to $22. "Coupons" or "deals" don't seem to be any actual discount. Only deal seems to be texting an order, but even that is only a percentage discount off an inflated full menu price. I would much prefer to see reasonable menu prices and no discount, or actual specials that are recognizable. This current arrangement leaves me feeling like I always overpay Finally, good luck getting your order correct. Most recent debacle was my ordering extra sauce. Got the pizza home and found it had nearly ZERO sauce. Looks like they started to put sauce on it, thought it was a mistake, then wiped it all off before continuing to prepare the pie. For the price, people expect their order made correctly. Jets is awesome pizza, but I won't order it because they are so screwed up.
