Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered food to pickup. I got the Asian Zinger Wings and Onion Rings. The young man who took my order was nice enough. I asked for Bleu Cheese dressing and when I arrived I asked for an extra Honey Mustard. My order came out 5 mins after arriving that was great. Got home no Bleu Cheese at this point it was too late but I had the Honey Mustard tiny container for 10 wings and Onion RIngs I should have been given 2. That cost them a star. Other than that it was fine wings were good as well as the onion rings $22 they are a little pricey

Very so slow service, servers and host staff lack professionalism and any sense of urgency to get you your food on time. Not to mention the place is infested with mice. I waited close to 39 minutes for my order only to see a big fat mouse running across the dining room floor. This place is a joke literally! It deserves to be shut down honestly. As you see in the photo below, no workers in site to greet you at the front counter when you come in . Lol

Waitress was very nice and accommodating, she was on point, we wanted for nothing. The establishment or kitchen staff have a problem in making the food. I like my meat tender and medium rare, or medium. The way it came out of this kitchen was well-done and I just don't appreciate that what so ever. Everyone else must have the same opinion. For a dining room to be this empty at 6-615 on a Wednesday is kinda empty and it stayed that way till we left, like 718. Food was ok, brisket burger would have been way better with the double burgers done my way....oh well.

I’m not sure where to begin. I came in here on a Thursday night at 8:00 pm excited to enjoy my wings. Upon entering the seating area, I wanted to sit at a booth but they were dirty so I politely asked a young lady with a pony tail working at the station near the seating area if she could clean the table off. This young lady says to me “Someone will clean it.” and walks off looking disinterested and bothered. I am appalled by this attitude and such tone, she wasn’t busy just standing there and the table just needed to be wiped down and swept under. I waited another 6 minutes before we spoke to a different member who was polite and wiped the table down and told us we could be seated, but this had to be a joke. I mean.. were we supposed to eat the crumbs off the floor or just step on them and enjoy feeling mush under our feet?

This dude at the bar is so unnecessarily rude and ill-mannered - loud for no reason and lack customer relationships. I don't understand why you'd have someone with this terrible attitude at the bar. Definitely the reason why this BWWs have this low ratings or reviews. Would have given a 0 rating if possible.

Service slow. Food delivered slow. Server that I had knew nothing about gluten free items. When asked about gluten free items, he stated "we have nothing gluten free". I proceeded to find the online allergen guide to answer my own questions. Also the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Wouldn't return.
