My daughter in law gets pizzas from this place more than 4x a week and at least twice now they've "forgot to put her pizza(s) in the oven". No apology, nothing. In fact they repeatedly messaged her phone saying her order was ready! What kind of co. is this?

Attempted to order at 1015 and mobile orders were shut off. Went to store and had no pizzas ready and said it was too late to start any new food

That little pregnant/heavy set girl that works up there at night time is the rudest person I've ever met. She literally grabbed my cheese bread box and threw it in the trash.

I called Bc I got a pizza n got home n it looked like it was Literally sat on in the middle or something because it really looked weird well they gave me a free one the next day I didn’t look the same but I’m one that doesn’t keep on complaining so I’m done with I’m really still mad and upset about the fact I don’t know if they have someone new working back there cooking these or what but I know I’ve gotten better pizza from here

Consistency can be an issue. It makes returning an adventure. A pizza I enjoyed one visit may not be as good the next. If they could correct this I could give the fifth star. Service is always fast and courteous. And I feel that the pizzas are a good value for the price.

Love this location! Specifically a very nice worker named Keith. I see him about every time I go in and he's always in a great mood and willing to help and SO nice. I'll keep going here as long as I keep getting such awesome service!

- Portal was obviously broken although I was still permitted to place the order online.
- I was given a 15-20 minute prep time, upon arriving I was basically informed “it had not been put in the oven.”
- I spent an additional 20 minutes standing in the store waiting for my order to be completed without any apologies or offers to do something to make the situation right.
- The employees obviously need additional training and management needs to review their current processes, this is a joke, even for fast food.
