Pizza Hut

I loved Pizza Hut as a kid. Every birthday was spent eating there. It’s definitely changed since the 90s. Experiences can very here from time to time. I usually do the online order thing as I like to get those reward points. They have forgotten my order once all together and ended up waiting another 30mins (pickup order). The manager didn’t say anything but the cook actually came over and admitted he had forgot. I normally like extra sauce on my pizza it’s rare that they actually put it on. I’ll also ask for extra Buffalo sauce on my wings. The last time they forgot and the lady laughed it off. (Most times if I don’t ask the wings have little to no sauce). In the end it’s a chain restaurant. Do I still get their food yes. Do I cross my fingers when I open the boxes? Also Yes 😂

Cinnabon's where cooked to long and hardly had any cream cheese frosting. I even ordered extra because i knew this location cheaps out on it. And they did not even bring my extra cream cheese frosting. they were not in the oven safe tray like they are supposed to just dumped into the box. The pizza came cold like it sat for 3 hours. Honestly like austin Minnesotas pizza hut better. They have always gotten my order right and cooked the cinnabons perfectly.

Worst experience ever. My carryout order wasn't ready when I arrived. I was told it was coming (it was a large order) I noticed some of it sitting on the counter in an open box for 10 minutes. At that point one of them put some of it in a warming oven and I continued to wait. At 25 minutes past pickup time I asked another person about my order and she acted surprised and said oh here it is. I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was it and that any complaints I had have been heard and there was nothing she could or would do. It turned out I was also missing one of my pizzas, so I was out $15. I sent a complaint to corporate and 3 days later they responded that they were sorry and that they could give me a couple of discount coupons.....sorry but no, I will never give this company money again.

It was a horrible experience that should not have happened. Our family ordered a large pan pizza from them. It wasn’t correct, so I called the shop to request a new one. I talked to the same male worker each time and gave him our address. Two hours later, still no remade pizza. When I called the third time, I was told that none of the workers authorized a remake.? I replied to the impatient manager that he was welcome to look on my phone for proof.
