Kfc

If I could rate 0 I would. Went through got our chicken and got home. Chicken was dry and hard, skin almost like leather. It had to be well past its life span. We called to try to get a refund or replacement because this food is beyond edible. The Employee that answered said that it was our problem and that he wasn’t going to do anything about it. He called us liars when we said our chicken was dry and old. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve worked in fast food for years and never would I have treated a customer so poorly.

I ordered a chicken bowl, brought it home. Took a few bites and realized it had spicy chicken in it. The chicken spicy sauce was on it. Problem is? I have a pepper allergy. Called the store to just ask the manager if this is how it’s always done. Pompous, rude manager tells me there’s no way. I’m wrong. Cut me off a few times. Not Only was I right, I’m now hanging with my Epi pen, the food was disgusting, dry, cold and the manager needs to figure out customer service. Last visit to this disgusting place.

Rudest employees ever. Walked into the lobby and was looking at the menu and was going to order food to go and then was told the lobby was closed. So then I suggested that they should lock the door if their lobby is closed and then the one guy told me not to ever come back. So now I’ll never be back worst KFC ever.

Wife and I stayed and in the area to visit family and noticed the KFC across from our hotel. We got a significant amount of food for two people but couldn't notice our order taker had a rought day from the tone in which he took our order. The sandwiches were good for the price but the chicken and biscuits were a little bit lacking (like being paid $13 an hour lacking).
