Taco Bueno

Are you serious? Okay, I passed it off when we received the wrong number of items than we ordered because we received and paid for what was rung up. I’ve worked in food service before sometimes mistakes happen. However, the irking lack of effort in this taco caused me to complain.Theres being tired at work and making a mistake and just simply putting in no effort. I came at 7:30pm on June 20th. This is just awful

It's funny how the taco Bueno in Owasso on 86th street is always terrible I don't know why I bother coming to this one I really should drive all the way out to the other one on highway 20. Tonight I went sit in the driveway was finally spoke to by a gentleman and he says just to let you know we're out of beans and rice and that's all he said to me so I set there for about a minute or so longer and then I finally said is it OK if I order oh yeah yeah go ahead I said I wasn't sure if nobody actually greeted me you just told me what you're out of like you wanted me to leave. Customer service is lacking severely

This bueno has gone downhill real fast. Used to go here all the time because it’s so close to our house. Ordered 2 sides of beans and 2 bean burritos, all items had burnt pieces in it. Asked them to remake with fresh beans and they said they didn’t have any other beans. The staff isn’t in any kind of uniform, people just in T-shirts and shorts running around. And this is how the trash was when we left. Literally had to set it on top because the trash was overflowing. I’m assuming because they only had 3 people working. I will not be back to this location until things are turned around.

No one answers the phone there, so I am forced to leave an online review. Hardly any meat or filling in the tacos, plus no seasoning on the meat as normal. Tasted like a stale taco shell with dry meat, no seasoning, just terrible. Then you can't even call them to let them know of an issue. It has gone from bad to worse on product and service at this location on 86st in Owasso.
