Panda Express

I ordered 2 large chow main. Some how during check out my food got switched with someone else and I got orange chicken with steam rice and beef and broccoli with rice. I didn’t touch the food and I went back and told them that my food got switched with someone else. They refused to give me what I ordered and didn’t even care. I will never ever come to this panda or any other panda.

They were on their way to five stars but they didn't listen to what I was saying because they confused me talking to my child with an answer so when I went up and said hey we ordered this they just made an excuse for how I was wrong when I absolutely know that I ordered the right thing now they free of charge gave us that thing but challenging me by not accepting their mistake was off putting and poor customer service and they made up something that they said they said and said I responded a certain way and I know what I said and never said it. It's unfortunate because I was willing to give five stars but because they put too many things in boxes it made it really hard to work with a two and a half and seven year old and we didn't even get all the teriyaki sauces we needed and we're just missing a few things which is a bummer because this stuff never happens. Maybe next time when we come by.

Worst Panda Express in KC area. Love their food but this location has absolutely the worst customer service that we've ever experienced in our lifetime. First of all, food was cold but we didn't complain about that. Once we started eating my son found hair in chow mein, not one but two. We were not even half way done with our food. We were so disgusted that my son nearly threw up. We completely lost appetite and decided to just leave. Upon notifying them, they accused that we ate the food first, then complained!! More than half of the orders were still on the plates. They offered to re-serve the chow mein but we had no appetite to eat there anymore, when asked for a refund, they refused and offered a single coupon which we didn't accept as we never want to go to that restaurant anymore.

Seriously the best food experience we've had in a long time. My husband picked up a family pack tonight. Everything was fresh and delicious. In a time where staff is short and quality has gone way down at most places, we experienced Panda at its finest today. A big thank you the staff on Friday night October 16th, you gave us some hope on dining out again. Our last several experiences at well know restaurants have been so painful, we've almost given up and trying to order out.
